Ten Brave Ruggers to Take Plunge

Hello everyone!

Michigan Rugby is up to something exciting. This year, our club is partnering with the women’s team to participate in the annual Michigan Polar Plunge in an effort to raise money for Special Olympics Michigan! The Polar Plunge event takes place in counties all over the state, helping create opportunities for over 23,000 athletes. Our team (pictured below) has a goal of raising at least $750 for this event, which culminates in 3 weeks on February 24th at the Big House. There, our participants will leap into a freezing cold pool alongside all of the other Polar Plunge teams from Washtenaw County. This event is a great place where our community comes together in support of an important cause, and celebrates all of the hard work the Special Olympics Michigan athletes put in to do something they love. We are very excited for February 24th, and we are confident that with your help, we can reach our fundraising goal. If you would like to donate, the link is posted below, and we invite anyone who is available to come watch us jump at 8 PM!

We’d love to see you there, and thank you for all your support.
