In the top-side competition, the eight teams are divided into two pools of four based on the results of Illinois 7s (April 2) and Purdue 7s (April 9). Pool A consists of #1 Indiana (who won both of the previous tournaments), #4 Michigan, #5 Purdue, and #8 Illinois. In Pool B, #2 Penn State and #3 Ohio State are joined by #6 Michigan State and #7 Wisconsin.

The top two teams from each pool will advance to the semifinals, and the others will proceed directly to fifth and seventh place games. The Big Ten will crown its champion by combining the results of all three tournaments.

Meanwhile, Michigan is bringing two teams to its developmental competition. The Wolverines’ second and third sides will play Indiana’s second side, Michigan State’s second side, and Ohio State’s second side in a round robin format.

Play kicks off at 8:30am. We will stream all games on YouTube, and you can also follow along on Twitter. Go Blue!
