The Wolverines Lose a Tight Battle v. Adrian

The Wolverines took on then Adrian Bulldogs this Friday night at Mitchell Field, ending with a close score of 10 – 12 favoring the Bulldogs. Although Adrian scored the first try, the Wolverines kept on applying pressure for the full 80 minutes with intense physical play. Most notably, our center, Braden Loughnane, scored both tries during the game. Even when he got cut after his first try, he went back in to score another, tightening the gap between the Wolverines and the Bulldogs.

The Wolverines second side also took on Hillsdale College, ending with a score of 18 – 36 favoring Hillsdale. Grant Sasina, our flyhalf, scored the first three points on the board with a drop goal, followed by two tries by our scrumhalf and number 8, Otto Janke and Wyatt Tryna. Grant Sasina also scored another try for the Wolverines.
